Tone K Jensen
Tone's Blog:  Tone Scrapperom

"My name is Tone K. Jensen and I live in Norway under 20 minutes drive north of the capital Oslo. I am 46 years old live with my husband and son (15 years old). I also have a stepdaughter (soon 30 years old). I've always taken pictures and put them in albums, but I have been scrapping since 2004. The last two or three years I have also started making cards and I have relatively recently start with PL pages. I guess I am one of few that scrap everything and chronologically. But I love it, although I have only come to 2007 J (With PL everything goes much faster though).

Scrapping is my way to retrieve energy and relax. I do not know if I have any special style and if I have I do not quite know what category it falls under. I'm very fond of using stencil and mist and make LO with layers. Otherwise I use far too much time surfing around in the blogworld, but that's where I get inspiration."

They all keep my life interesting and full of laughs. I’ve been scrapbooking for as long as I can remember. Back in the days where there was just paper, scissors and a few stickers. It’s amazing to see how the industry has grown. I love to do layouts, cards, altered projects, mixed media and my new passion is faith journaling and making cut files. I’ve also been blessed to be part of the BoBunny Design Team for the past two years and several others teams as well. I love meeting scrapbookers from around the world. I really enjoy challenges and strive to be innovative. I love recording every day moments, especially now, with my son. I have always kept a record of my life through journaling and photos, and scrapbooking allows me to combine those two. I don’t want to forget the important and not so important moments. When I am not scrapbooking I enjoy cooking, running, reading, and watching TV. I am currently designing for Technique Tuesday, Impression Obsession, Therm O Web, Elle’s Studio and Emma’s Paperie. I am really excited to be Guest Designing this month.

Christine Meyer
Christine's Blog:  Scrapping With Christine

"I am Christine Meyer, mom to three rowdy boys and one sweet girl. My hubby and I have been married for 15 years and have lived in Texas, Missouri, and Oklahoma before settling in to rural Illinois. I teach music part time and get to stay home with my kids the rest of the week. I started paper crafting shortly after the birth of my oldest son and have never looked back. I love this hobby because it gives me a little time to be creative and take a break from all my other responsibilities. I love to create cards, layouts, and altered projects in a whimsical style with clean lines and full of bright colors! I have been fortunate to be on the design teams for several companies including currently designing for Paper House Productions, Just Nick Studio, SRM Stickers, and My Creative Scrapbook Kit Club.

Katrina Hunt
Katrina's Blog:

"I live in Springfield, Missouri with a roomie and four Cardigan Welsh Corgis that are pretty much the subjects in my layouts a lot! If I am not scrapping, I am either at my full time job, watching TV, playing on the iPad or hanging on the computer! I swear, I should have been a tech geek! I started scrapping in 2009 and haven't looked back. The funniest part is, I used to laugh about people buying all the paper, stickers etc. Now, I am the one wondering when the latest and greatest is available. I have been on several design teams, including sketch teams and manufacturer teams. Currently I am on Therm O Web Adhesives, {a flair for buttons} Etsy shop, CREATE magazine, Maya Road and most recently joined the The Cut Shoppe design team. I love the challenge that a design team gives me and I actually scrap better with a challenge."

Juliana Michaels
Juliana's Blog:  17 Turtles

"Hi, I'm Juliana Michaels and I grew up in a creative household loving art, design, and making things with my hands. I give all the credit to my creative mother who loved to paint, sew and draw. My mother also photographed my daily life and kept all of these photos stored and displayed in photo albums. Nearly 15 years ago I found my true passion in paper crafting and scrapbooking thanks to the combination of being exposed to these creative activities and photographic documentation of my daily life. Since 2008 I have been creating and sharing paper crafting projects on my blog - 17turtles.

I've been a project designer in the paper craft/scrapbook industry since 2007. I have been fortunate to work for many top manufacturers including: BoBunny, Bella Blvd, Elle's Studio, SRM Stickers, Provocraft, Pebbles, Therm O Web and Jillibean Soup. My projects have been published in a variety of magazines and idea books and I have had projects displayed at the Craft and Hobby Association Trade Show."

I have been scrapping for about 15 years and still LOVE it! After scrapping teenagers and weddings, I now mostly scrap my beautiful little grandies!! They are definitely my main inspiration! Of course I have too many photos and not enough hours!!
I love to try different scrapping styles, but the photo is always the focus for me.

Audrey Yeager
Audrey's Blog:  Audrey's Reflection

"I am a thirty something stay-at-home mom to my kindergartener and pre-schooler. I started scrapbooking around 2005, although I have been "crafty" my entire life, dabbling in different crafts here and there. In 2007 I discovered the online world of scrapbooking, which totally changed the way I scrapbook. Since then, I've been on several teams for kit clubs, manufacturers, and challenge blogs. In January of 2014, I took over ownership of an online retail scrapbook store called
My Scraps & More.
I have an entire store in my basement, and it allows me the best of both worlds to work part time from home in the store and spend time with my kids, too!
(Not to mention I get to scrap with ALL THE THINGS!)

I love to scrap about our everyday moments and try to record all those little things that are said and done. I'm also so glad that we live in a place like upstate NY where we experience every season because I love being able to change up my products and inspiration from one season to the next!

I love how scrapbooking can remove me from anything else I may have on my mind, and just take me to a place where all I think about are colors, patterns, and the memories behind this photo. I also love the social part of it, too, in going to crops and retreats, and the online support and camaraderie!

In addition to scrapbooking, I love to quilt and sew, garden, play volleyball, and watch movies and sci-fi TV series!

Emma's Blog:  Just A Girl With Ideas

"My name is Emma. I live on the East coast of Australia in sunny Queensland with my husband and son. My husband has a fly in fly out job and now that my son goes to Kindy I am finding I have way too much time on my hands so decided to start a small freelance graphic design business called The Nifty Pixel . I occasionally do customized blogs and logo designs but mostly create digital scrapbook kits and also offer lots of great sketches called Page Drafts. Page Drafts were originally an entity on their own but now come under the umbrella of my main brand 'The Nifty Pixel'.

I scrapbook using many mediums, my main being digital however I am a sucker for playing with scissors so every now and then I'll create a hybrid version of a digital page that I absolutely love. This is a fun process utilizing the digital products by printing them and then trying to emulate the textures and overall design in a traditional way. Using chipboard elements, patterned papers and other fun scrapbook products like distress inks & mists still get my heart pumping he he.

If you are looking for some fun sketches to freely use in projects head over to Scrapstacks or alternatively to Pinterest and check out my collections. To see more of my scrapbook projects pop over and say hello at my personal blog Just A Girl With Ideas I'd absolutely love to meet you.."

Ashley's Blog:  Ashley Horton Designs

"Hi, my name is Ashley Horton and I am currently a WAHM. I have been married to my husband Tyler for 16 years and we have three children, Madison, Emma and Reese. We made the decision for me to stay home with the kids 7 years ago, and I have been home schooling them for the past 5 years. So it's usually always busy around our house! But I don't let that stop me from finding time to play with paper, at some point during the day! I started scrapbooking in 2006 and love it even more, than when I first began. I love to document the everyday moments, and most of my photos focus on our children. Some of my favorite go to products are patterned paper, wood veneers, Thickers, spray mist, die cuts and my Silhouette Cameo! I am currently designing for American Crafts, Simple Stories, Hip Kit Club, Illustrated Faith and A Flair for Buttons. I also have an Etsy Shop, called The Cut Shoppe, where I sell fun, modern cut files that can be used with electronic die cut machines. You can find more of my work and all of my social media links by visiting my Blog,

Michelle's Blog: Reflections of our Daily Lives

"I live in Albany on the North Shore of Auckland in New Zealand and I am currently blessed to be a SAHM to three amazing children, Liam aged 11, Taylor Grace aged 4 1/2 and Aimee Rose aged 3. I am married to a fantastically supportive husband, Gary whom I have been with for almost half my life!! I originally began scrapbooking when my eldest was about 2 years old so almost 9 years ago now when I did my first beginners class. I can honestly say I was addicted from the minute I started - I just love being part of this industry — where I get to create a legacy of my family’s memories, indulge in creating with beautiful products as well as creating connections with like minded people from all over the world.

I have been lucky to be on numerous design teams both in New Zealand and Internationally and I currently design for a challenge ning - Color Stories Inspiration and an Australian manufacturer - Cocoa Vanilla Studio. When I am not scrapbooking I enjoy travelling, hanging out with my friends and family, drinking good coffee and spending time at our caravan at the beach.

I am truly excited to be guest designing for Scrap Our Stash for June and I hope I can inspire you to take part in this month’s challenge. Thank you so much for having me.”

Jinny's Blog:  Soaring

"My family and I live in a small suburb of Kansas City, Kansas, just over an hour and a half north of where I grew up. I am a former kindergarten teacher turned adoring wife to BJ and stay-at-home, homeschool mom to Ezekiel (11), Adina (6), and Kaden (1). When I’m not taking care of or playing with my family, you can find me cooking, baking, gardening, camping, sewing, taking pictures, blogging at Soaring, and of course, paper crafting. My love for the latter started, over thirteen years ago, at a Stampin’ Up workshop; but I have been creating with any and every form of crafting media, that I could get my hands on, since I was old enough to hold a crayon. I’ve been honored to have had a number of published works of art, as well as to get to design for some of my most favorite manufacturers and challenge blogs, which currently include Stuck?! Sketches and The Studio, and am just thrilled to be guest designing with the talented ladies at Scrap Our Stash. I hope that I can inspire you all to get creating!"

"My Name is Karan Gerber and I love scrapbooking.
"I reside in south western Ontario, Canada, with my family. My husband, Glenn of 20 years and our two boys; Ellijah and Galen
My passion for this hobby definitely shows in the projects I love to create. My family, children and grand children are the main inspiration for my projects and you will often see their smiling faces adorning my pages and projects. I first began scrapbooking when a neighbor invited me to a home party and i have been hooked ever since. that was over 16 years ago. I love creating all kinds of paper projects. I can best describe my style as detail oriented of which i love to incorporate textures and layers of dimension whenever i can.

From canvas, to chipboard, fabric and layers of paper. I enjoy tucking tags for journal spots and hidden elements that the reader can pull out and learn more about the people in the photo. I take a great deal of pride in my work and this shows in all my projects i create. I am currently designing for Heartfelt Creations and am a Market Contributor for Canvas Corp Brands.

Lauren Colless
Lauren's Blog: One Messy Mamma

"Hi, I'm Lauren Colless, and I was super excited to be asked to be SOS's guest designer in March! I'm a working mum to The Boy (9), two furbabies, and married to The Man. We live in tropical north Queensland, Australia. I have been creating things my entire life! I have dabbled in most arts and crafts, and some of my earliest memories are of stitching, painting, potting and drawing with my mum and grandma. I have been scrapbooking since about 2002 and making cards since 2008 My style is detailed but flat - I like to focus on the photo and the memory in most cases, although I do like to do the odd flowery, heavily embellished layout or project *wink*. I am an amateur genealogist and I so I know the importance of preserving memories, I journal on most of my layouts - even if it's on the back so that our stories are not lost to time like so many of the day-to-day stories of our ancestors. My biggest project to date is an ongoing album of The Boy's hearing journey - from the initial concerns through to diagnosis, hearing aids, cochlear implants, therapy and doing the things we never thought he'd do.... like play guitar!"

Shercara (Sherri) Caramico
Sherri's Blog: For the Love of Paper

"I am so honored to be asked to be a Guest Designer for January at Scrap Our Stash!

I am so happy to have found this Challenge Blog!

I am a wife and mother of 2 adult sons, and 2 young Portuguese Water Dogs. All of them are my favorite subjects! We love to travel and Disney Cruising and Disney Parks are our favorite way to vacation. I love meeting people, and enjoy photographing our journeys. I started scrapping late in my children's lives, ( about 10 years ago,) and I know I will never get "caught up." I'm okay with that, as I like to scrap what I "feel like" scrapping, and love lots of layers, textures and "stuff" on my pages.

I work full time in the corporate world and Scrapbooking helps me to relax from a busy day, and get creative. It has helped me to meet so many people that I now call my true friends. I teach classes at my Local Scrapbook Store and I enjoy inspiring others to think outside the box and encourage them just try a new technique or product. I believe there is no right or wrong, no good or bad - everyone has their own personal "art" inside them."

I was born and raised in Northern Ireland but now live in Alaska with Dan (husband of 17 years), son Nathan (16), daughter Lauren (14), 3 cats - Athena, Meow and Deshka and a Chesapeake Bay retriever Willou. I have been scrapping since 2004. I mainly scrap paper pages and cards but also dabble in digital scrapping and canvases. I would say my primary style is bold and graphic although I also mix up my styles frequently. I love to think outside the box, to add unique elements to my page and a little tongue-in-cheek humour. I love to play with embellishments and tweak sketches to make them my own. Aside from scrapping I also love to mountain bike, play racquetball, travel and do home improvement projects.”

Sandra Scott
Sandra's Blog: Kiandra's Kreations

"My name is Sandra Scott and I’m married to a wonderful man who supports my creative hobby. Between us we have four adult children and six grandchildren.

I’ve been scrapbooking for about eight years but I’ve always had some sort of craft ranging from sewing, decoupage, OTP projects, knitting and attempts at painting.

I can’t say I have a distinct style because I really like experimenting and being inspired by others. I would say my scrapbooking is quite eclectic because some days I love clean and simple pages and others I love to get grungy or really girly it just depends on the task at hand.

At the moment I love experimenting with mixed media techniques.

I’ve been published in:

Australian Scrapbooking Memories (including showcasing for a small scrapbooking store).
Australian Scrapbook Ideas
Scrapbook Creations
Scrap 365 (UK Magazine)"

"Hi there. My name is Rachelle.

I am a mother to 2 grown sons and grandmother to 2 beautiful grandchildren.

I was a 6th grade teacher for 7 years. Now I am wheelchair bound and keeping busy is still my goal.
I started scrapbooking in 2008 when I viewed a friends work. My passion quickly turned into addiction for this type of artistry and I never looked back. I am very passionate about this hobby. It's not just about creating albums but it is a work of art. I love taking pictures to use to document life. Thus, here I am today enjoying my passion as therapy and inspiration to others. Now that I am wheelchair bound, each day is filled with being inspired, creating, providing inspiration through my work and treasuring the memories.
My obsession has expanded since 2009 for creating cards, tags, altered art work, mixed media, wood and canvas artwork. I love using a variety of techniques, elegant and fun elements. Yes, I do send out a few cards. My style has been described as detailed, beautiful, and multifaceted. My greatest strength is attention to detail. I like to take the viewer on a visual journey of my inspirational designs."

Ruby Marchand
"Hi my name is Ruby Marchand. ( AKA Inspired Scrapper). I am retired and have a daughter, son and one very special Granddaughter Alyssa. My home is in London, Ontario Canada.

I have been scrapping and making cards for a very long time. My love for paper crafting started in 1995. Along with this hobby, I also did craft shows with flower and wood crafting. The show sales started to decline so I decided just to spend my time Scrap booking and Card-making. I still do some flower arranging and donate the items to a Cancer organization.

In 2007, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. I just passed the 7 year survivor mark. During this tough time, I managed to make layouts and cards on my good days. By October that year I was able to send 250 cards to our troops overseas. This hobby helped me focus on something positive. I started to receive encouragement cards from paper crafters world wide . I treasure each and everyone. I simply love paper crafting.

I get inspiration from various sites on the web including Scrap Our Stash blog.
Love the social aspect of Scrapbooking and Card making. The challenges push me to complete my projects.
Thanks for letting me share my layouts with you this month."

January 2014
Guest Designer:
Doreen Vasquez
Doreen's Blog:  A Day In Doreena's Life

"I reside in Southern CA and have lived here practically all my life.
My husband and I bought a house just down the street from our high school!
Speaking of my husband, I have been married to the most handsome, caring, fabulous man (EVER), and the love of my life, David, since July 16, 2001.  I am the mother of 2 beautiful human babies: Joseph (18) and Madison (11) and 3 super adorable fur babies: Spotty (dog), Ivanna (dog) and Panini (cat). Actually, I am Panini’s “Grammy”as Panini belongs to my daughter…and believe me, she will not let me forget it! LOL!

I started dabbling in scrapbooking 14 years ago, however, it turned into a serious hobby for me in 2005 when I discovered a scrapbook website that opened my eyes to new, fun techniques and allowed me to interact with  other scrappers. Before then I knew nobody who scrapbooked! Can you imagine?!  About 4 years ago the hobby turned into an obsession when I discovered blogs, contests, and scrapbooking kit clubs!  I don't scrap chronologically, as I would rather scrap whatever subject I am "feeling" at the moment.  Luckily I have a variety of subjects to scrap!

I would categorize my style as clean and simple w/ a few twists thrown in!  For the most part I like to stick to my general style, but I do get bored w/ it at times and that’s when I try to add  new techniques or products.
My latest obsessions are: washi tape, misting, and my hexagon punch, size=XL thank you very much! Hahaha!
My signature? I like outlining, or doodling as some call it, each layer of items on my layouts to help them stand out. I don’t consider a page complete if there isn’t at least some kind of outlining on it!  I have even tried to let a page go w/out it and it caused me great anxiety! No joke!!

I will never be caught up since as much as I like to scrap I also love to take pictures!  For every new layout I create there's probably a dozen new pictures I have just taken!  But for me it’s not about being caught up, it’s about capturing as many memories for my family as I can and enjoying the process while doing it!  Thanks for having me!

Hello there! My name is Debbie Piercey. I live in sunny Arizona with my hubby of 35 years, our son and his three daughters. I have been scrapbooking since 1999 and it helps to keep me sane. I love playing with paper and glue and making it into something pretty to look at. I am so excited to be joining Scrap Our Stash again as the December Guest Designer. I was a Design Team member of SOS back in 2012. SOS is a great challenge site, and I love to play along whenever I get a chance.

Kate Blue

"My crafty name is Kate Blue, (or Queen Kat as my friends playfully call me since I love all things Snow White and the Evil Queen) coming from the great state of Maryland! In my previous life, I was an accountant until 7 years ago when I became a stay at home mom to care for my son had some serious ongoing health issues. So, I am now a wife, mom, semi home schooler, special needs advocate, cook, chauffeur and more to my two children and husband. I have been scrapping/crafting for about 7 years as well; I never considered myself artsy EVER (I can't even draw a stick person LOL) but came into scrapbooking accidentally when it was suggested that I look into it as a way to relieve the high stress levels I had since my son had been hospitalized/ill for almost two years. After 6 months of collecting supplies and a Scrapbook 101 class, I was hooked! I generally stick to scrapbooking, SMASHing, mini books and some mixed media canvases; for some reason, card making and stamping stump me in a major way!!

Steffani's Blog: Glimpses of Life from a Brown Eyed Girl

Hi! My name is Steffanie Seiler. I started scrapbooking nearly 15 years ago and quickly became obsessed! I love this hobby and spend time each day either actively scrapbooking or thinking about scrapbooking. I'm in LOVE with patterned paper---if only I could use it as fast as I seem to collect it! I think of myself as a clean and simple scrapper that likes to use a little texture and dimension---as long as I can still put it in a page protector.  I'm starting to get more comfortable with splattering and mists but it has to be controlled or I get a little crazy!

I have been married to my husband for 17 years. We have 2 incredible boys who supply the bulk of my scrapbook inspiration.  I like picnics, outdoor concerts, dark chocolate, wine and a steaming cup of coffee in the mornings. I enjoy running and hiking and have a desire to be a better photographer. My primary job is SAHM but I also have a very part-time dream job as a postpartum nurse. I enjoy volunteering at school and just being available for my family when they need me.

"Hi - My name is Megan Beaubien. I live near Nashville, TN with my husband, Brian, a high school teacher and head football coach, and my two boys, Eli (3) and Max (21 months). I am a CPA and work part time as an audit manager in a local public accounting firm. I started scrapbooking about 11 years ago while in college. After I got married, my scrapbooking dwindled off as I was busy with my career. I got back into scrapbooking with Project Life in 2011. Then in 2012, I started scrapbooking traditional layouts again and really enjoyed it! I have been hooked ever since! I truly love playing with pretty paper and supplies while documenting life's little moments along the way. Scrapbooking definitely helps me see my blessings and makes me thankful every day. Besides scrapbooking, I like sports - especially football. In the fall, you will usually find me at the football field on Friday nights supporting my husband's team. Thanks to Scrap Our Stash for asking me to be the guest designer this month. I truly love the challenges and always enjoy completing them.
You can find more of my scrapbooking creations at my blog"

Michelle's Blog:  It's About The Paper"

"Hi! I'm Michele Duffy and I’m very excited to guest design for Scrap Our Stash this month! Stamping, scrapping and card making give me a much needed crafty break from my job as a process engineer. Most of my scrapbook layouts are about my 3 year old daughter, and she's usually by my side getting crafty with me as I put my pages together. I tend to prefer a more clean and simple style when I craft, but I do like to layer up embellishments on my scrapbook layouts too. I'm currently a design team member for Sweet Stamp Shop. When I’m not stamping, I like to ski and read, and hang out with my husband and daughter. I’d love it if you would come visit my blog.

"Hi everyone, my name is Tanti.  I'm 37 years old. I was born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia.  I speak indonesian, german and english.  In 1994 I went to Germany for my studies. There I met my husband, so I stayed for good. Nowadays I'm a stay at home mom of 2 kids. I've been papercrafting since I was at school.  Fifteen years ago I started making cards for my friends and family.  2009 I fell in love with scrapbooking and I'm addicted to it since I made a vintage mini album for my mother in law. I love working with acetate and I have most fun making mini albums. I like creating a few extra details or an  interactive part for most of my projects but I don't have any specific style.  I'm currently a design team member at Lasting Memories and at Fairy Tale Challenge.  Besides scrapbooking and papercrafting I also love  playing the piano, singing, dancing (especially balineese dance) and taking pictures from my kids and any kind of animals.  Thank you to the Scrap Our Stash Team for choosing me to be their guest designer this month. I'm so excited and feel honored about it.
Love Tanti :)"
