Pagerize Laurie by Tamara
Design Team Member Tamara submitted this layout for the Pagerize This Challenge # 19. She said:
I was so excited to complete my daughters wedding in 2001. This was the last layout of that event so I can now move on. LOL I chose to keep it monochromatic and picked the color from her dress. I love this facial expression when they came through the bubbles to the open door of the limo and there sat our darling four year old neighbor (who was also a bridesmaid) asking if she could come along! It was one of those "cool" moments in time. Definately one that tells a story. I was glad that there were journaling strips on this layout so I could portray that. Loved the different tones of pattern papers and I accented with Deja view black sparkle letters and flowers.Tamara http://scrappinsmiles-myblog.blogspot.com/
Pagerizer Laurie has submitted this layout for our Pagerize This Challenge # 19. She said: This is one of my favorites (especially with the journaling strips) and I love using it in different ways to create other layouts.
Each Month on the 15th, we post a new layout for you to"pagerize" (Plagerize, copy, lift, steal) whatever term you want to use. The idea will be- to use the posted layout as your inspriation to create your own layout. You can "pagerize"as much or as little of the original layout as you choose. you may want to make a layout like the one just posted-or you may just want to use something about the layout as your inspiration.
Once you've completed your layout-email a picture and a brief descriptionmailto:descriptionscrappingpsyhco@live.com
All entries will be posted here at Scrap our Stash. this challenge runs through midnight central time on March 12th. The pagerizer ( in this case, Laurie), will then choose a winner from all of the entries. The winner will be announced on March 14th. then the winner will be asked to submit a layout for us to "pagerize" starting on the 15th of March.
Awesome, Tamara! I like how you used the brads on the journaling strips. The colors on this layout are really pretty, too.
