Design Team Member Tamara submitted this layout for the February Love Challenge.  She said:

Let's see pattern paper is unknown (that is how long it has been in my stash) and that is why we are scrapping our stash, right? My Minds Eye "Just as Sweet as Can Be" and chipboard strip, miscellaneous ribbon, jewel by Darice, puffy thickers, pebbles sparkly chipboard and bazzil cardstock
