Pagerize Helena by Karen

Here is my entry for the pagerize challenge. I loved the muted colours of Helena's LO and the vertical embellishment provided by the felt /lace so that's what I used for my Lo. I also stole the idea of the tag at the bottom of the picture.
This LO is my Grandfather on a beach somewhere- dressed in shirt, cardigan and jacket even though it must have been warm. i love that it is a very candid shot of him- no posing- I imagine he is reading the horse racing news in the newspaper.

ReplyDeleteGirls, I'm waiting for some more pages. You can adapt the sketch, use the elements, or the colors, or the techniques (painting, misting, stitching or collaging the book papers). There are a lot of possibilities.
