"Other than the colors, I used several elements from the three lists. The blue polka dots paper is from an old MME collection. I placed a metal anchor in the upper left corner. I clued several pièces of Tim Holtz newsprint tissue wrap on my background, which is a paper from October Afternoon, one of my favorite scrapbooking company, ever."
