"Hi there SOS friends! Rachelle here with you sharing my challenge inspiration. I had fun creating this pool side layout using the picture to create the color scheme. The background is filled with texture and layers. Next, I applied the embellishments, accents, and Tic Tac Toe stash 

using the bottom row: 

Emoji, Brads, & Washi Tape.
