May Challenge

Coffee Queen by Megan

Posted by Picasa
Former Design Team Member Megan submitted this layout for the "Get Our of Your Box" Challenge. This is what she had to say about her project. "I don’t use much purple for myself on layouts…my daughter LOVES purple, and I don’t hate it, but I don’t usually focus on the color purple. So I took a challenge to use the color purple and a “royal” theme and this is what I came up with. Note my purple coffee mug in the pictures…I don’t hate purple, but I don’t usually use it on my layouts.

What box are you in? Come take the challenge to do something outside of your box. See May Challenge for all the details.

Also, don't forget to vote for the Spring Cleaning Challenge winner - and become a follower or leave a comment to be in the drawing for the prize package from our sponsor - A Little Dash of This and That. See more details below.

  1. Great layout Megan! Funny, one of my layouts for this challenge is purple as well. Never use it but my cousin gave me some so I did. Love the title and inking.

  3. I love this layout and the purple with the green is so beautiful. I too do not use very much purple in my layouts. I am definitely going to try it with the olive green! The story is so cute!!!
