"Fine Little Day" LO by Cassie Wiscarson

Good Morning!

For today's inspiration, Designer Cassie shares with us her wonderful layout:
Cassie shared this about her layout:
"I am sad to be saying good-bye to this fabulous challenge team. I have enjoyed looking through all of the entries every single month during my time on the team. I hope to be back to play along with the challenges in the future. I loved the triangles pieces on this sketch and i couldn't wait to sit down and create with it. I ended up using 3 4x4 photos instead of 4 3x4 photos. I also moved my title and changed up the embellishment clusters. For the stash busting word I used:
S- stickers
U- Uniball pen (journaling)
M- Mist
M- My Mind's Eye
E- Enamel Dots
R- Recollections

I can't wait to see what you create!

"Head Over Heels" Layout by Designer Cassie Wiscarson

Good morning!
Today we are showcasing the lovely layout SOS Designer Cassie created
inspired by the
"Welcome to the time of year where love is in the air everywhere you look. This month there is quite the love feel to the tic-tac-toe challenge. I decided to skip over the love of my family and go right to my love of scrapbooking. I dug through my old Echo Park papers to create this page.
For the tic-tac-toe part I did a double one…
I used the first column down: The Color Red, Echo Park Paper and Doily. Then for the second one I used the middle row of: Echo Park Paper, Hearts and Enamel Shapes/Dots.
This was such an easy board to play with, I found myself wanting to include everything! Now it is your turn to play!"

Introducing Returning Designer Cassie Wiscarson

Hi there!
Thank you for stopping by to check out day three of our Design Team introductions.
We are thrilled to have this talented designer returning to our team for another term..
Welcome back,
Cassie Wiscarson
"I am a stay at home mother to my 9 year old daughter and have been scrapbooking for around 13 years. My favorite part about scrapbooking is being able to show my creative side by working with a wide variety of products. I have had the pleasure of working on a few design teams and I love being able to share ideas with the others on the teams and learn new techniques from other scrapbookers. I use my layouts to share the memories of my family and enjoy being able to tell our story with paper, pictures, embellishments and journaling. At the beginning this was just a hobby, but over the years it has become a passion that I am able to share with my daughter and loving husband. I take great pride in my work and love to share my style with fellow scrappers!"

Today's beautiful inspiration was created by Cassie
inspired by the
January Tic Tac Toe Challenge

"Good Times"
Cassie:
"It is the first new challenge for Scrap Our Stash in 2017 and this one is a Tic Tac Toe challenge. I combined two tic tac toes to create this page. I used Mist, 5+ patterned papers, Twine, Paper Clip, and The Color Blue. When I go to start this type of challenge I first eliminate any blocks that I know I won’t use, in this case “winter theme” since I knew I didn’t have any printed winter pictures. I then grabbed my photo and started looking for paper and I ended up using blue, so I decided to do the bottom row. By the time I added some mist I noticed that I already had 5 patterned papers on my page for the two tic tac toes. I can’t wait to see how this challenge will inspire you!"

Here's a look at the challenge that inspired Cassie's incredible layout:

"Blooming Fun with You" Layout by DT Cassie

Good Morning!

Designer Cassie is sharing her lovely layout with us today:
This is what Cassie shared about her layout:
"It is time for the last Sketch + Challenge of 2016. It is so hard to believe that 2017 is just around the corner. These sketch challenges are always one of my favorites because they really seem to get my mojo flowing. I really love how this sketch has a variety of paper and four photos. I went with four 4x4 photos. From the lists this time I used Bow, Glitter, Tag & Gold. I decided to angle my block of photos but I kept the rest of my layout close to the sketch."

"Jewel Thief" Layout by DT Cassie Wiscarson

Hi everyone!
Today we are showcasing a super adorable layout created by SOS Designer Cassie,
inspired by our

Cassie:
"This book cover had me scratching my head on what to create. It seemed obvious to make a Christmas page, but last year I decided I wanted to be an active participant and not just behind the camera. The result of that is that I have almost no Christmas pictures and the ones I did take have already been scrapped. I decided to take my inspiration from the title and more importantly the word STOLE. So that is what inspired to create this page of my niece wearing ALL of the dress-up jewelry while visiting her grandparents. I took a 6x6 pad and cut several pages in half so that I had 8 triangles. I then laid them out so that the picture would be in the middle. I used striped paper and then used sequins to create a rough circle around my photo and title."

Here is the challenge that inspired Cassie"s page:

"Mine" LO by DT Cassie

Happy Friday!

Let's get the weekend started with this lovely layout by Designer Cassie Wiscarson:
Cassie said this about her layout:
"I stayed really close to this sketch because everything just came together after I picked out my photos. I did add an extra embellishment cluster by my title to balance it all out. As for the list items, I included Grey, Harvest Gold & an Index Card (tag). I wasn't sure about including both grey and gold on my page, but the additional colors really help to pull it all together. I hope you will join us at Scrap Our Stash this month!"

"Out Of This World Love", Layout by DT Cassie Wiscarson

WooHoo!   It's Friday!!!
Today we are sharing an amazing layout created by talented Designer Cassie,
inspired by the

Cassie:
"I really enjoyed this book cover challenge. I decided to use the color blue from the book cover along with the space theme. Once I decided to go with a mainly blue page I went looking through my printed photos to figure out what to use. I found these two photos that have my daughter with two family members and there was a lot of blue in the photos and I knew they would be perfect! I dug into my stash to find several shades of blue that would work well together. I started with the cloud paper and went from there. I am really happy with the blue and white color scheme of the page. I ended up using 6 stars on my page and they really go with the space theme. I can’t wait to see how you interpret this book cover challenge!"

"Dreamy" Layout by DT Cassie Wiscarson

Good morning!
Today we are showcasing the incredible layout SOS Designer Cassie created
inspired by the
Cassie:
"It is time for a new book cover challenge! I loved the masculine feel to the book cover and I drew my inspiration from the hat and the rectangle window. I knew I had this silly picture of my husband in this pink floppy hat and decided to use it on my page. I wanted to keep my main design vertically down the center of the page, just like the book. I also added rectangles to mimic the feel of the window on the book cover. As a final touch I added twine to the hearts and title."

"Growing Up Me X3" LO by DT Cassie Wiscarson

Hi Friends!

Designer Cassie has created this wonderful layout inspired by the Sketch + 3 Challenge:
Here's what Cassie shares with us:
"As you can see I stayed pretty true to the sketch. After adding my patterned paper and photos I decided to move the title and not added the extra strips and labels that are at the bottom of the page in the sketch. I have had various pictures from my childhood laying around. There are no big stories behind these, so I decided to use them all on this page. As for the lists I decided to use: Various Manufacturers, Washi Tape and Letter X. I can't wait to see what you will come up with!"

"Life Around the World" Layout by DT Cassie Wiscarson

Hello and happy Thursday!
Today SOS Designer Cassie is sharing an incredible layout she created
inspired by the
August Book Inspired Stash Challenge:

Cassie:
"I really love these book cover challenges because they get my mojo flowing. When I saw this book cover I knew that I wanted to include a large globe cut file and exactly what photo would be perfect. My husband has been in the US Army for 11 years now and he (and we) have traveled across the globe, so what better way to document that then with this book cover challenge. I recently got some of these cute geo-tag clips and that was perfect to add to the page since the extra item for this challenge is a decorative paper clip. I hope you find this challenge as inspiring as I did. I can't wait to see what you create!
