I added the vertical element from the right sketch with Colourblast inks, and I also used the title placement from here. I used the photo size and placement from the left hand sketch. The stars are from Charm Creations - I just love them ❤ ⭐

"Hi Scrappers!
 Here's some inspiration for you for this month's Golden Globe challenge....
This movie refers to a father and his son, so I thought since DH has only daughters, I would scrap a photo of them in their happy place 😊 They both love to bike, so this huge bike near Lake Taupo was the perfect spot.
I kept the page fairly simple, with just a few splashes of Colourblast ink at the end.
For the additional challenge, I used...
F = Flair, flower
A = Amy Tan, arrow
T = twine
H = heart
E = Epoxy stickers
R = Rub on
Plenty of time still for you to join in the fun!"

"Hi crafters, I'm back again with some inspo (I hope!) for you with the blend-a-sketch challenge.

I used the large circle and title placement from the first sketch, and the quartered background plus the diagonal flow of the stars (but I used hearts) from the second sketch. 

I thought I could pretty much use up my entire stash of heart wood veneers but I may have just a *few* left lol.

I love how it turned out - purple isn't a colour I use that much but I might a bit more often now 💕

"Well I had to do a layout of our little lion for this challenge - well at least she thinks that's what she is sometimes! I just love how this photo shows her cute little pink paw pads ❤
It was pretty easy to find cat embellies for this, but I kept it to a single flair and the cat button that's part of the charm.
I'm really looking forward to seeing all your layouts for this challenge!"

Michelle said this about her layout:

"Hi crafters!
I don't do boy pages that often, but here's one of my great-nephews while out for a nature walk.
From the left sketch I used the flags and the general layout (although it did mutate a bit 😆😆😆), and from the second sketch I used the circles and stars in the background. 
I used dotty washi tape, but in case it doesn't count I also used enamel dots as I think I have around a million 😉
I also used the February boy kit from The Paper Teapot for all the great Pinkfresh, Tim Holtz and Cocoa Vanilla awesomeness 😁

"Hi SOS fans!

"I took this photo at my favourite beach - just admiring how blue the sky was, and the seagulls freewheeling above me.

I used my Colourblast Artist inks to underpin my cloud cut file, then spattered them around . I knew from early on I was going to use these Thickers as my title, and the bright Amy Tan paper, ephemera stickers and chipboard to finish it off.

This is a fabulous challenge, I had a lot of fun creating it and only threw away one mucked up piece of cardstock 😅😅

inspired by the Blend a Sketch Challenge: 

Michelle said this about her layout:
"Hey everyone. Here’s my take on our new blend a sketch challenge. I will have to admit I had some trouble with this and it came out totally different than I had originally planned. I used the layout of the second sketch, and the dotted semicircle on the first sketch inspired me to add the ornament banners. You just never know what parts of a sketch will inspire you. For the rhinestone part of the challenge, I scattered some around the flower clusters. I just love these photos of my grandson meeting Santa. He wasn’t scared at all and even pulled his beard!! Thanks for stopping by and I can’t wait to see how this new challenge inspires you!!"
