June Something Challenge by Beth

Reader Beth submitted this layout for the June Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, Something Blue Challenge. She said:

This is a layout that I've been waiting to do for years. It is a companion page to a layout I did about five years ago, featuring my DD and her very best friend in the whole world. For their high school graduation last weekend, I finished the second page, and I think it fit this challenge perfectly!

The "Something Old" was, obviously, the Basic Grey Phresh and Phunky papers. Luckily I had saved enough so the two layouts coordinate. The "Something New" is the photo, taken by the girls while they were enjoying a beautiful day together. The "Something Borrowed" is the layout idea, inspired by a layout by Shannon Tidwell, featured in her class on Two Peas. The "Something Blue" is the cardstock used for the background and the embossed photo mat.

Now it's your turn to take the June Something Challenge. See all the details HERE!
