"Let's Go Explore" Layout by Brenda Ragsdale

Hello and happy Monday everyone!

Today I am sharing the layout I created inspired by the 

June Book Inspired Stash Challenge...

I was inspired by the small and large letters in the title as well as the colors, lime green, blue, and the pop of red on the book cover.  

 I created my layout starting with the June Sketch at GCC and the awesome 

AC Star Shine Page Kit 

included in 

The ScrapRoom's June Flavors of the Month Kit. 

The patterned papers in this kit contained the perfect colors and when I saw that the kit contained the 'Explore" chipboard accent,  I knew at that point how I would create the title work. As you can see the kit also included an awesome yellow patterned paper that I was able to use to add the pops of yellow as required by the challenge!

Elle's Studios " Little Moments" Page Kit

included in the April Flavors of the Month Kit.

My title work was inspired by this month's book cover

(Two colors and the word YOU)

For the stash part of the challenge I punched three clouds from the patterned paper in the kit.

I was inspired by the colors in this month's book cover, and the colors in the 

Pebbles " Bloom" Page Kit included in 

The ScrapRoom's March Flavors of the Month Kit

worked perfect,

For the gold stash part of the challenge, 

I used Pebble's Gold Word Stickers for my title work,

Crate Paper's Foil words and the gold arrow paper clip,

all from the March Kits at The ScrapRoom.

My page design was inspired by TSR March "Be Our Guest" Sketch

Here is my take on the challenge:

"The Fancy Pants "Happy Place" Page Kit in The ScrapRoom's 

January Flavor of the Month Kit, was a perfect match for this photo of my sister and niece

as well as for this challenge!

I took my inspiration from the black and white cat, the stripes in the hat

as well as the colors blue and red.  

To complete the challenge, I added white paint splatters."
