Introducing New Design Team Member, Manda Moore

happy Sunday Everyone!
I hope you have been enjoying a wonderful weekend!
Today is the last day of our DesignTeam Introductions.
We are pleased to introduce to you:
Manda Moore
"I am a crafty girl and graphic designer who has a major love affair with pretty papers. I live in country Victoria, Australia.

My mother and grandmother encouraged me to be creative from a very young age, whether it was colouring, painting or playing with clay and I have always loved art and design in some form or another. I started out in the world of paper craft by making cards and as the world of patterned paper and embellishments consumed me it was only a matter of time that I would discover scrapbooking and once I did there was no turning back.

When I am not working or playing in my scraproom I love cooking, photography, travel and of course hanging out with my two kittens, Harry and Winston."

Manda's Blog:  Mandalika Designs

Check out Manda's amazing take on our
Red, White and Blue Challenge:
"Sky High"
Here is what Manda had to say about her layout:
"Red, white, blue and stars was perfect for my Empire State Building photo! Because the photo is B&W I used lots of white space so it didn't get lost in all the patterned paper. Stars were a bit of a challenge for me as it is not an embellishment I am drawn to and I didn't want them to be the main focus of the layout. After a dig into my stash I found some star brads and little stickers which I mixed in with my ink splatters"

Scrap Our Stash is so excited to have Manda joining our team!   You definitely will be inspired by her fabulous work!

Introducing New Design Team Member, Lee-Anne Thornton

Good Morning!
So glad you stopped by!
 Today we are happy to introduce to you another Scrap Our Stash Designer:
Lee-Anne Thornton
"I am married to by best friend Rick, have three great kids, and now that two have left the nest I have only one left at home so it gives me more time to let my creative wings fly.

Scrapbooking has been my passion for about 10 years now, but it really became a way of life in the past two years . It has been such an honor to be on design teams inspiring others, and also to be published in several scrapbooking magazines such as Canadian Scrapbooker Magazine, Scrap ‘N Art Magazine, Scrapbooking.com Magazine and Scrapbook News and Review Magazine. It has also been great to make friends all over the world that share the same passion.

When I’m not scrapbooking, I can usually be found taking photos of my family, animals, flowers and the beautiful mountains that are nearby or cooking or baking a new recipe in my kitchen. I also enjoy blogging..

I am so happy to be on the Scrap Our Stash Team! I would love if you stop by my blog and become a follower."

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Lee-Anne lives in Alberta Canada and has been volunteering and focusing on assisting her neighbors in the surrounding areas with food and clothing after the massive flooding that recently hit that area.   Therefore, we do not have a reveal from her to share with you today, but if you would like to see some of her work, visit her blog:  Love The Journey, you will surely be inspired by her fabulous creations.
Introducing Returning Design Team Member, Lindsey Krauss
Happy Friday Everyone!
Today we are excited to introduce our returning Design Team Member:
Lindsey Krauss
"Hi! I'm Lindsey and I've been scrapbooking for over 13 years. I'm mostly scrapbooking for my family, dh, ds & dd, but occasionally you'll see my dcs (dear canines) and other life-happenings as well. I
prefer to create simple, photo+stash+paper pages, but I've always said I'll try anything once in scrapbooking. I've been on a no-buy for a few years now, since my favorite kit club ended. However, I have a dream scrapbooking room and plenty of stash in it to last for a few more years. And then there's always Hobby Lobby... Thanks for coming by SOS; I believe scrapbooking supplies are meant to be timeless, so don't be afraid to bring anything back!"
Lindsey's Blog:  Better When Choreographed
Below is Lindsey's awesome take on our
Red, White and Blue Challenge:
"Little Girl, Big Girl Quad"
Here's what Lindsey had to share about her layout:
"I love to work with red, white and blue - and stars! But with these pictures, I wanted something rugged, but girly, like my girly; so I turned the wooden stars into flowers. The page was still to plain because I had to red or blue mist, so at the very last minute, I pulled off the pictures and added the oval colors. I accidentally dropped the markers onto the page, which created some splattering - and that's how the dotted action started! Last thing I did was add some tiny stars and found a place for the journaling. I've had those wooden stars forever, and that 'cutie' tag was perfect for this one, too.
For more details on this layout, please visit my blog"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

We are excited to have Lindsey returning as a an SOS Design Team Member, and looking forward to sharing more of her inspirational work!   Please join with us in extending her a warm welcome back for a second term!"

Remember, you have until July 29th to complete our current Red, White, and Blue Stash Challlenge.   We would love to see your take on the challenge.   For details click HERE

Stop by tomorrow for another new Design Team Introduction!

HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!!!

Introducing New Design Team Member, Kerry Bruce

Hello and Welcome to the Scrap Our Stash Blog!
Today we are pleased to introduce new Design Team member:
Kerry Bruce
"Hello, my name is Kerry Bruce and I am a wife and mother to three teenage girls and we live in a small village in the UK.

My love (bordering on obsession) of scrapbooking began after attending a course many years ago and now I run my own scrapbook club locally.

My favourite stash is of course paper and if I can cut the pattern out to make embellishments even better! I love glitter, sequins and mists although I think this is due to scrapbooking girly layouts so much! I wouldn't want to be without a black pen as I tend to doodle on my pages a lot and I am still waiting for my house to sprout another room so I can have my own dedicated craft space!

I am looking forward to playing along with you all in creating lasting memories and most importantly having fun while we are at it!"

Kerry's Blog:  Scrapbooking - For The Love of Paper

Kerry doubled up on us to create her wonderful reveal for the
Red, White, and Blue Challenge:

"Diamond Jubilee"
Here is what Kerry shared about her layout:
"As soon as I read the details of this challenge I knew it would have to be a layout about our Queens Diamond Jubilee Celebrations from last year. There were all sorts of things going on locally the whole weekend and we attended the music festival and fireworks that were being held just behind our home. I decided to make my layout a double pager and managed to recreate the Union Jack flag out of cardstock! (the photos hide a multitude of mistakes!) Then I placed my photos on top, and kept the rest of the page fairly simple, except you can't do a layout of the British Royalty without having bunting somewhere on the page and I do so love glitter! The only pre-made stars I had in my stash were some yellow buttons or some tiny sequin ones in gold! So I decided to colour the gold ones red and blue with my Promarkers and then used them to decorate around the title."

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Scrap Our Stash is happy to have Kerry joining our team and we are sure her creations will inspire you to dig into your stash,  and create something wonderful to share with us!
Help us extend a warm welcome to Kerry by leaving a comment below!
Thank you for stopping by and make sure you stop by tomorrow for yet another introduction and  more Red, White and Blue inspiration!
Introducing New Design Team Member, Robin Redd
Hi Everyone!
Welcome to day 8 of our Design Team Introductions!
Today meet our nee designer:
Robin Redd
Hi, I’m Robin Redd.
I’ve been scrapbooking for over 15 years.
I’m 49 years old. I have two adult children. I try to be ‘artsy’ everyday.
I MOSTLY scrapbook, but, I also stamp, make cards, etc. I’m learning mixed media and art journaling. I’ve done some jewelry making. My biggest passion is shopping for art and craft supplies. I just LOVE them!
Robin' Blog:  West Coast Scrapper
Below is Robin's fabulous take on our Red White and Blue Challenge!
The star diecut is amazing and really adds an awesome touch to Robin's layout!
"Pray For Boston"
And this is what Robin shared about her layout:
"I had a fun time with this challenge as my first submission as a Design Team Member! The challenge being use Red, White and Blue papers, ONLY....optional: Kraft paper and use AT LEAST 3 pre-made STAR embellishments. I took advantage of this and made a small cluster of star Jesse James buttons I've had in my stash for more years than maybe some of you have been scrapbooking!
This layout is in honor of the bombings that terrorized Boston the day of the Boston Marathon. Flags at half-mast were seen across the nation as was this one in the parking lot of a restaurant we visited.
Most papers are from Teresa Collin’s line, Noted. I’ve also used Blue Bubbles from Studio Calico.
I cut the star mat from my Cameo Silhouette and reused a glassine envelope from a Studio Calico Kit I had received. Inside the envelope holds the journaling on a tag that easily pulls out.
The stamp is Tim Holtz, Americana Blueprints colored with Copic Markers.
I'd love to see your take on this challenge.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

We are thrilled to have Robin as part of our SOS team and looking forward to sharing more of her creations with you!  Please join us in welcoming Robin by leaving a comment below!

Remember you have until July 29th to link up your entry for our Red, White, and Blue Stash Challenge!   For the challenge and details, click HERE!!!

Introducing New Design Team Member, Jenni Calma

Hello!!!
Hope your weekend was wonderful and relaxing!
Today we are excited to introduce our New Design Team Member:
Jenni Calma
"Hello! My name is Jenni Calma. I retired from Architecture to stay at home with my two children. A girl of 9 (going on 15) and a boy who is 6. I started keeping my first “scrapbooks” in college which were my studio sketchbooks. I used them more like smashbooks - that started my love of combining journaling with photos, drawings & paper. After the birth of my daughter, I bought a couple of books of Cathy Zielske’s and Ali Edward’s and fell in love!

My husband and I met in Architecture school and have been best friends for more than 21 years, married for 12. Aside from my craving to create, I am a typical Virgo, a little OCD, (except in my craft room where chaos is welcome), an avid reader, pinterest addict, a lover of dogs, peanut butter (preferably with chocolate), cardinals, red wine, anything Italian, and my children’s laughter.

I am delighted to be joining the Scrap Our Stash Challenge design team and to collaborate with such amazingly talented scrapbookers."

Jenni's Blog:  Paper Cardinal

Below is Jenni's take on our Red White and Blue Challenge!
She has added so many wonderful details and elements to her page:

"But I've bought a big hat..."
Here is what Jenni shared about her layout:
"This is my first challenge as part of the DT at Scrap Our Stash and it was perfect timing for
scrapping some fun photos from the beach! I FINALLY used these red and white polka dot
doilies that have been in a kitchen drawer for 6 years! I used a kraft envelope to tuck my
hidden journaling into. I used stars from my stash that were wood veneer, chipboard,
stickers, metal stars and some that I water colored the same blue as the background!"

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Scrap Our Stash is excited to have Jenni on our team and looking forward to her sharing her awesome projects with our followers!   Please join us in extending Jenni a warm welcome by leaving a message below.
I am sure you would all agree that, each of the Design Team Members we have introduced thus far, have shared some amazing projects inspired by our Red White & Blue Challenge.
Introducing New Design Team Member, Louella Mae Ailermo
Today is the beginning of another week of Design Team Introductions and
Red, White & Blue inspiration!
It is our pleasure at SOS to introduce you to
Louella Mae Aliermo
"I'm Louella Mae Aliermo, 26 yrs old from Philippines but currently staying here in Dubai, UAE. I'm a nurse by profession.
And Trust me I'm a Scrapbooker!
My Life is amazingly simple. For me, you need to do just one thing – open your heart to love: love what you have; love what you do, and love other people.
ì scrap because I need a creative outlet. I need to share stories, I need to photograph what I see, I need to record history, I need to fulfill a PURPOSE.. Because to me it’s a basic need.
In the same way, as I leave this legacy for my family, I am constantly reminded how often God invades my space and my time, even if I am not aware of it immediately.
And you know what, I'm still a beginner; so join me with my creative journey."
My Blog:  Endless Options
Take a look at Louella's fabulous layout inspired by our
  Red White and Blue Challenge!
I really love the overall design and how she incorporated her photo into this layout!
"Hi"
Here is what Louella had to say about her layout:
"I scrapbook. I create art. I preserve memories.
"In nothing are we as rich as in our memories; they are pictures painted by our hearts, and nothing can erase them.I just love this picture of my Son."
Hello Everyone!
I hope you are enjoying your weekend!
Continuing with our introduction of new Design Team members, we are very pleased to introduce
Joefil Cate
"Hi everyone! My name is Joefil Cate. I live in Las Vegas, Nevada and I am a stay @ home mom. I am married to a wonderful husband that encourages my scrapbooking. I have a 5yr old daughter named Chelsey who is my inspiration! She is my favorite topic to scrapbook and I use her photos all the time. I started scrapbooking three years ago and fell in love with it right away. I am now officially addicted! I scrapbook whenever I feel like it which is a lot. I don’t have a particular style I just go with the flow, but I love layering & ink splatters and I honestly admire mixed media pages. I get many good ideas from sketches and challenges online. I started blogging online more than a year ago so I can better share my layouts with others."
Joefil's Blog:  Capture Life's Moments
Below is Joefils adorable take on our Red White & Blue Challenge.  The color combo was perfect to showcase her daughters artwork:
"Smile for the Camera"
This is Joefil had to say about her layout:
"This is the picture of my daughter when we were having dinner at the restaurant, showing the picture that she colored. I used white, red and blue cardstock from colorbok, then i used 5 stars, the big white star behind the flower on top left is from my stash it's a fabric self-adhesive, then added a eyelet star on top of the flower, and also the white and blue eyelet star on top right and the one behind the small flower in the corner right by the title is from my stash too."
Introducing New Design Team Member, Patricia Barnett
Hello Friends of SOS!!!
We are back on the blog today to welcome and introduce another Design Team Member:
Patricia Barnett
"Hello my crafty friends!
My name is Tricia and I am from Sunny Southern California, mother of one beautiful daughter Breanna Nichole (6) and a brand new fury friend, Brownie. I have been creating for about 17 years and have enjoyed every moment of it. I began scrapbooking right when there weren’t too many “safe” products out there to use. Since my attendance to a Scrapbook Expo it went all down hill from there! I usually reference that as my “coming out party!” Most of my projects and layouts you will see will be of my daughter as she IS the subject and focus of my life! I have met so many cool people through the world of crafting in which I am so lucky to have many of them as my friends!
I’m usually kept busy doing layouts, canvas pieces, Project Life, Art Journaling and my favorite…. Mini Books! Whatever it is I am creating I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE using embelIies! You will almost always find some BLING, Washi Tape, Paint, and most likely some doodling. =) I
Besides crafting, I love spending time with my family, friends, traveling, reading, dancing and working out. I am usually never still and always involved in something.
I am super excited to be a part of such an awesome design team here for Scrap Our Stash! All the designers are extremely talented and I am sure you will find inspiration every time you visit! I am totally looking forward and I hope you are too! Stay tuned to see some cool stuff!
See you around!"
Tricia
Tricia's Blog:  Supha Woman...A Day In The Life Of
I love how Patricia used our Red White and Blue Challenge to document her daughter losing another tooth!  Check out Tricia's hand journaling, also used in her title work:
"Another One Bites the Dust"
"This layout is capturing my daughter's excitement from losing her 3rd tooth! She refuses for anyone to pull them out as she chooses to do it herself...kids these days get excited, because they expect cash instead of coins! =)
I created this layout using mostly Bazzill Cardstock (white & blue solid), the red polka dot base is from Lilybee Designs, and also used some crate paper from Jillibean Soup "Cold Rasberry". Embellishments: October Afternoon stickers, chipboard stars and bling from Prima."
We are very happy to have Patricia as part of our new team!  We would also love it if you would give her a warm welcome by leaving a comment below.
Introducing New Design Team Member, Elizabeth Hellum
Thank you for stopping by today to help SOS welcome another member of our team:
Elizabeth Hellum
"Elizabeth here and so glad to be on the team! Recently married the man of my dreams and blended our family to become the fantastic four! Making a move to Seattle to start our new journey there. I have been scrapping for many, many years and every time I sit down to create I am amazed at where I have come from and where I am going within this hobby! It's a hobby that evolved and truly so has my style which allows such freedom!!! Can't wait to join in on the fun and see what everyone creates monthly!"
And here is Elizabeth's fabulous take on our "Red, White and Blue" Challenge:
"Drew"
Elizabeth said this about her layout:
"Doing red, white, and blue layouts doesn't always mean the 4th of July! Even though I love creating those, I wanted to make a "boy" themed page here and thought those colors worked brilliantly for my layout! I also incorporated using 3 stars from my stash on my layout as well. I just cut out the star that was numbered "14" from patterned paper (which was perfect because Drew just turned 14) and also used two star stickers as well for my 3 elements. Remember you can use any color you want to without having it be a holiday!!!
Can't wait to see you create!!!"
Elizabeth's Blog:  Life and All That Goes With It!
We are thrilled to have Elizabeth joining our design team!
Please give her a warm welcome by leaving a comment below and visit us tomorrow
when we introduce another member of our design team!
12 x 12 Collection Kit
Layered Chipboard
Enjoy a Safe and Happy 4th!!!!
Introducing New Design Team Member Dulcinea Silva
Good Morning!
Yesterday we kicked off our Design team member introductions.
We are back again today to introduce you to our next talented Design Team Member:
Dulcinea Silva
"My name is Dulcinea Silva, but everyone calls me Dulce. I’m a Brazilian girl, but I've lived in Portugal since 2005, after getting. I have a husband, no children yet, and a cute cat. I live on Portimão, a medium summery town, south of the Algarve. It's the best place to be in the summer.
In my free time, I love writing, photographing and scrapbooking. I've made handmade cards since I was a teenager. However, I met scrapbooking in 2003 when I lived on Oregon, USA. Since then, I have just been so in love with it. I like mixing papers, stamping and hand stitching. I especially found myself interested about telling my story, using pictures and my creativity for that.
I am looking forward to being inspired and learning so much with you."
Dulcinea's Blog: So Dulce
Dulcinea is sharing with us today, her awesome take on the
You gotta love her colorful title work!
Here is what Dulcinea had to say about her layout:
"I've had these pictures in my drawer for so long, but every time I tried to work with them I wasn't satisfied with the result. Since my photos have the exact colors for this challenge, I thought I would give it a try. I want to give some superheroes looks with my title and I have in my stash this paper from Pebbles that actually combined beautifully. Since the paper color is very bold, I use vellum paper for subtly a lit bit. After that everything turns to be simple, just a big title and cluttering of embellishments. To complete the challenge, I used the white embossing wood veneer stars for flowing and a little bit of texture."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We are excited to have Dulcinea join our team and we would love it if you would join SOS in extending her a warm welcome by leaving her a comment below.

Thank you for visiting us today and we hope you return tomorrow
to meet our next talented designer!

Introducing New Design Team Member, Carol Peixoto

Hi There!
So glad you stopped by today!  This week and continuing on until the 14th, we will be introducing a new Design Team Member daily along with their reveals inspired by our

Scrap Our Stash is honored to introduce to you our first team member:
Carol Peixoto
"Hello, everyone! My name is Carol Peixoto. I live in Curitiba, Brazil but I am originally from Rio de Janeiro. I am a stay-at-home mom and I am married to a great man that loves my scrapbooking! My boys are 8 and 5 years old and they also encourage my scrapbooking! They are my inspiration and love to see their faces on my layouts! I started scrapbooking in 2011, when I came back to Brazil, after living abroad for 10 years. Me and my family have lived in Russia, Portugal, Greece, Romania and Turkey. So I have a lot of interesting pictures to scrapbook! I scrapbook everyday and if a day goes by without it, I get really anxious... I guess I am addicted to scrapbooking, huh? I enjoy making layouts and I hardly ever finish one without machine stitching and paint splatters! I am very excited to be part of Scrap Our Stash design Team! I love challenges! And I hope I can inspire you with your scrapbooking!"

Take a look at Carol's fun summer layout inspired by our Red, White, and Blue Challenge.   Such great design and details:
Read what Carol had to say about her layout:
"My boys love Summer! Look how happy they are, playing by the water! The journaling card and frames fit great with the pictures and the challenge, since they are blue and red! I added two little bicycles because that's something they also enjoy doing during summer vacations: riding their bikes! And the little stars... Well, a starry sky means the next morning will be sunny! This is something my mom taught me and I passed it on to my kids!"

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We are delighted to have Carol join us, and looking forward to all the creative inspiration she has in store for us!
Please give Carol a warm welcome, by leaving a comment below.  Visit us again tomorrow for our second Design Team Introduction!!!!
So excited to introduce you to our
July
Guest Designer
Michelle Duffy
"Hi! I'm Michele Duffy and I’m very excited to guest design for Scrap Our Stash this month! Stamping, scrapping and card making give me a much needed crafty break from my job as a process engineer. Most of my scrapbook layouts are about my 3 year old daughter, and she's usually by my side getting crafty with me as I put my pages together. I tend to prefer a more clean and simple style when I craft, but I do like to layer up embellishments on my scrapbook layouts too. I'm currently a design team member for Sweet Stamp Shop. When I’m not stamping, I like to ski and read, and hang out with my husband and daughter. I’d love it if you would come visit my blog at:  It's About The Paper"
Take a look at Michelle's beautiful take on our Red, White & Blue challenge.
The title could not be more perfect!
"Cutie Pie"
Michele:  "I don't own any 'patriotic' paper collections, so the red, white and blue challenge was a little intimidating. But once I started looking through my stash I found lots of possibilities. The blue papers and the red & white canvas stars came from a Jillibean Soup warehouse box I bought last year. Since you get such a mix of collections when purchasing a warehouse box, it really takes a good color challenge like this one to get you to use the different elements. I chose to scrap these photos just because of my daughter's red and white outfit. I was not intending to be patriotic at all. But then I looked back at the photo date and it turns out I took these on the4th of July! Too funny.
Enjoy the challenge, can't wait to see what you all create!"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After seeing Michele's adorable layout, you should be inspired to pull out your red, white and blue stash, create a layout and share it with us!

Remember to stop by tomorrow for our first Designer Introduction!
Have a Scraptabulous Day!
