Rachel used neglected photos with her neglected scraps. She feels as if most of her scraps are rectangular which makes creating a dynamic layout a bit of a challenge. Good One Rachael! I think that I always look for the "perfect" picture" to scrap, sometimes the perfect picture is the one you don't expect. nice job on the distressing and using rectangular shapes!
