"I really enjoyed creating this design. Working with the mixed media, textured background, spirtz, and inking

I was able to show more white space and distressed the edges.

For tic-tac-toe I used the top row: 

(Tags, 4+ Patterned Papers, and Stripes)

Can't forget the chipboard/chippies which always enhances any project.
