"Hey there scrappy friends, Zsoka with you today with my layout for the book cover inspired challenge. I guess you can't really tell it was inspired by the book cover because it is not exactly a Xmas layout 
:D. The additional requirement was that we use striped paper and enamel dots or sequins. I focused on these more. I had Amy Tan's Oh Happy Life collection on my desk so I just went with it! This yellow-white striped paper is my most favourite in the whole collection, just so summery and happy! I created this cut file from a single heart and backed it with different patterned papers from the same collection. I added some stickers and enamel dots for embellishments plus I used some AH-MAZING wood veneer sequins I got from my friend, Eri. I tried to find these but they seem to be discontinued 
:(. I did some machine stitching at the bottom and that is pretty much it!
