"Hi scrappers! I'm happy to share

 my layout for the Cartoon Inspired Stash Challenge. I chose Cheer bear (pink with a rainbow). I painted white cardstock with several colors of paint and drew seven circles. I punched holes around the circles and stitched them with rainbow colors. More details at
