July Tic Tac Toe Stash Challenge

Carrie:

"Hi scrappy friends! I am so happy to be part of the Scrap Our Stash DT! 

The Tic Tac Toe challenge has been one of my favorites.

 I ended up using two of the rows: middle vertical 

(the colors red, white, and blue; stars; tag) 

and middle horizontal 

(chipboard, stars, and stamping)."
